Rules
1. Keep the house clean and organized
Everyone staying at Villa La Laguna is responsible for helping keep the house clean and tidy.
After using the kitchen, bathrooms, co-working area or any other common space, please clean and organize everything you have used so that it is ready for the next person.
Please do not leave dirty dishes, food, personal belongings or rubbish in common areas.
2. Take care of the equipment and kitchen utensils
Please treat all furniture, appliances, kitchen equipment, utensils and other facilities with care.
Any damage caused by misuse, negligence or inappropriate use may be charged to the guest responsible.
Repeated or serious misuse of the facilities may also result in early termination of the stay without compensation.
3. Take out the garbage every day
Please do not allow rubbish to accumulate inside the house.
Take your garbage to the recycling and waste bins located on the street every day, using the appropriate containers whenever possible.
4. No overnight guests
Only registered guests are allowed to stay at Villa La Laguna.
Overnight guests are not permitted, even if they are friends or family members visiting you.
If you would like someone to visit during the day, please contact us beforehand.
5. Quiet hours: 00:00 – 08:00
Please respect our quiet hours between 00:00 and 08:00.
During this time, keep noise to a minimum and be especially considerate of other guests and neighbours.
Please avoid loud conversations, music, TV, calls or any other activity that could disturb others.
6. No parties or events
Parties, celebrations and events are not allowed at Villa La Laguna.
The house is intended for peaceful living and shared accommodation. Please do not invite groups of people or organize gatherings that could disturb other guests or neighbours.
7. Smoking is only allowed on the patios
Smoking is permitted only on the patios.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, co-working area and all other indoor common areas.
Smoking inside the property will result in a €200 cleaning fee due to the additional cleaning and treatment required to remove smoke and odors.
Please also dispose of cigarette butts properly and never throw them on the ground.
8. Always close the door
For everyone's safety, please make sure the main door is completely closed every time you leave the house.
Do not leave the door open or unlocked, even if you are only going out for a few minutes.
This is particularly important for the security of all guests and their belongings.
9. Photos and videos
You are welcome to take photos and videos inside Villa La Laguna for your personal use.
However, please respect the privacy of other guests. Do not photograph or record other guests without their permission.
