At Coliving Tenerife
We know that shared areas are an important part of the coliving experience, and that’s why we have designed every space to feel welcoming, practical, and enjoyable for everyone.
From relaxing after a day exploring Tenerife, preparing your favourite meals, focusing on your work, or simply enjoying a coffee and a good conversation, our common areas are designed to make you feel at home while giving you the privacy and tranquillity you need.
With only 6 rooms in our villa, our spaces are never overcrowded or shared with large numbers of people. We believe that a smaller community creates a much better experience: more comfort, more connection, and a more peaceful atmosphere.
Our wonderful cleaning team takes great care of the villa, ensuring that all common areas remain clean and organized for everyone.
Kitchen & Living Room
The heart of Villa La Laguna
Our spacious open-plan kitchen and living room is the main meeting point of the villa. It is a large, bright, and comfortable space where guests can cook, eat, relax, work, or spend time together.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals, store your food comfortably, and enjoy the freedom of having your own routine while sharing the experience with an international community.
To make your stay even more comfortable, coffee is free and unlimited for all our guests. You can always enjoy a cup whenever you like ☕️.
Each room has its own designated storage space in the refrigerator and in the dry food closet, so you can keep your groceries organized.
The living room area is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Tenerife, having a coffee, chatting with other guests, reading, or enjoying a quiet moment. The TV includes a Netflix account with access to thousands of movies and series, making it the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy your free time.
As this is a shared home, we kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet hours and be considerate of others, especially during the evening and night, keeping noise levels low.
The Coworking Area

For guests who combine travel and work or study, our coworking area provides a comfortable and professional environment to stay productive during your stay.
Designed for remote workers and students, this space gives you everything you need to work comfortably while enjoying the coliving lifestyle. With comfortable office chairs, curved monitors, HDMI and USB-C cables, keyboards, and mouse, you can easily connect your own laptop and create a professional workstation in just a few seconds.
The coworking has views of our beautiful patios, creating a bright and inspiring environment where you can work surrounded by greenery and the charm of the villa.
If you open the window, you can enjoy the relaxing sound of the fountain from our fish pond, adding a peaceful touch to your working environment and making your workdays feel very different from a traditional office.
To ensure a seamless remote working experience, Villa La Laguna offers high-speed internet throughout the entire villa, with the best WiFi connection. For guests who need maximum stability, the coworking area also provides a direct cable connection.
You might even make your colleagues a little jealous of your new office in Tenerife.
The Bathrooms
Comfortable, clean and designed for sharing
We know that shared bathrooms are an important part of the coliving experience, which is why we have designed the space to make it as comfortable and convenient as possible.
With only 6 rooms in our villa, our bathrooms are never shared between large numbers of people. This, together with the regular care and attention of our cleaning team, allows us to maintain the bathrooms in an impeccable condition, creating a clean, fresh, and comfortable environment for all our guests.
The villa has 3 private shower and toilet areas, each with its own lock, allowing you to enjoy your own privacy whenever you need it. We also have dedicated storage space for each room, so you can keep your personal items organized.
In addition, there is a separate toilet located next to the coworking area.
We also provide fresh towels every week, as well as shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap, so you can enjoy a more convenient stay without worrying about the essentials.
During the colder months, the bathroom area is equipped with heating to keep you comfortable, and we also provide a hair dryer for guests to use.
The Laundry Area
Everything you need, completely free
At Villa La Laguna, we want to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.
Our laundry area includes a washing machine and dryer available completely free of charge for all guests.
You can also use the iron and drying racks whenever you need them, with no additional costs or restrictions.
Everything is available for you to use freely, helping you feel at home and maintain your routine throughout your stay.
