Your room
Your private room is cleaned once a week, including fresh bed linen and towels.
Please leave your room reasonably tidy and personal belongings off the floor and surfaces so our team can clean it properly.
Shared areas
Our weekly service also includes all shared areas, such as the kitchen, living room, coworking area and common spaces.
Keeping these areas tidy between cleanings helps make the villa comfortable for everyone.
Do not disturb
Need some privacy? Simply hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
If you still want fresh towels, leave your used ones outside your room and we will replace them.
Kitchen rubbish & Recycling
Our cleaning team does not remove kitchen rubbish. Please empty the bins regularly and avoid leaving full bags inside the kitchen.
Recycling and rubbish containers are located very close to the villa.
Something not working?
If you notice something broken or not working properly, please tell our cleaning team or contact us directly.
We will do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
